Description: This class is designed for all experience levels. In our Gentle Flow Yoga Class, you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga, or those who need a change of pace. Also the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations.

Yoga Basics

Level of experience: Beginner

Any equipment needed: Mat required, Yoga Block and Strap if desired

Prerequisites: None

Description: A yoga class for those new to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe with the movements, and helps you feel more comfortable in your yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically. 

Steady Flow Class

Level of experience: Intermediate

Any equipment needed: Mat required, Yoga Block and Strap if desired

Prerequisites: None

Description: A yoga class for students familiar to Vinyasa style classes. This class uses foundational yoga postures, breath work, and stories to help you connect your mind, body, and spirit within your yoga practice. This class is faster paced than our Yoga Basics class, and incorporates a combination of strength building yoga poses and cardiovascular yoga flows.

Vinyasa Yoga

Level of experience: Intermediate and Advanced

Any equipment needed: Mat required, Yoga Block and Strap if desired

Prerequisites: None

Description: Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This class is designed for students who have a regular yoga practice. Vinyasa yoga class offers a variety of postures and no two classes are alike. If you’re effectively using your breath with the movements, you can expect to work up a sweat.
