Hatha-style Yoga With Linda

Linda has also taught group classes and private sessions independently at NewU Yoga. She also speaks to groups about ergonomics, especially for crafters, and currently offers a weekly online class on Zoom.
Modified Ashtanga With Rebecca
Rebecca has taught yoga for nearly 25 years. She started taking yoga classes after a back injury, and sought relief from pain. After her first class she felt better, so she began her journey into healing herself through yoga. After a few years, the next step was teacher training. Immediately afterwards, she started teaching at Calhoun Beach Club, and then at Lifetime. She longed for a deeper understanding of the teachings of Yoga so when a friend suggested that she go to India, she hopped onboard! 15 trips later, with a vast background of experience, she is happy to provide students with an authentic style of teaching, which touches both mind, body and spirit!
